Private Commercial Contract and Agreement

This Private Commercial Contract is made by and between the undersigned parties acting in their private capacity and by voluntary consent only, and
The Parties affirm that consent makes the contract and that all obligations arise solely from mutual agreement, and
No obligation, liability, duty, agency, trust, statutory adhesion, or presumption shall arise except by express written agreement knowingly and intentionally entered into, and
All goods and or services to be supplied shall be described within Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
Lawful consideration shall consist of the agreed exchange clearly expressed in writing and mutually accepted by the Parties, and
The Parties enter this Agreement without coercion, duress, misrepresentation, or undisclosed obligation, and
No silence, omission, administrative process, or unilateral instrument shall create contractual obligation or commercial liability, and
Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent and Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal, and
All dealings shall be undertaken in honourable commerce and good faith under the maxim In commercio veritas dominatur, and
No third party shall acquire rights, benefit, standing, or remedy under this Agreement unless expressly agreed in writing by authorised signatory, and
All rights in commerce and equity are expressly reserved without prejudice and without waiver, and
Executed knowingly, voluntarily, and with full understanding of its terms, and
Any and all correspondence is to be forthwith directed through, and only to:
